The use of these flavoured salts is only limited by your imagination.  Use in your everyday cooking in place of regular salt to season before cooking or as a finishing salt before serving, to add a little extra flavour.  As with regular salt you really don't need to use a lot to make a difference.

Citrus

Rub into the skin of a roast chicken with a little olive oil for beautifully flavoured crispy skin.

Sprinkle a little over fish for a delicate citrus flavour.

Add a sprinkle directly to your salad or include in your dressing.

Rub onto pork chops with some olive oil, or into pork rind for tasty crackling.

Salt and Spice Rub

Dress up a simple steak by rubbing with salt and spice and a little olive oil before BBQing.

Rub into a boned leg of lamb with a generous amount of olive oil the bake or BBQ and serve with a yoghurt dressing.

Sprinkle over cauliflower and roast till golden.

Give a side dish of BBQ, pan fried or roasted zucchini, capsicum and onion an extra dimension by adding some salt and spice with olive oil before cooking.

Rosemary

A great addition to any roasted vegetables.

Sprinkle over lamb chops before BBQing

Give your simple tomato, onion and Bocconcini salad the edge with sprinkle of rosemary salt just before serving.

Give your humble avocado some extra flavour.

Kaffir Lime and Chilli

Add a pinch to your corn on the cob with a little unsalted butter.
