Firstly a little background on us.... I’m Rachel Blanchard, My family and I live in Orange NSW approximately 230km west of Sydney, in an area generally referred to as the Food Basket of NSW. 

I decided to embark on my own business in 2011 in an area that has always been close to my heart - Food.  

With the great help of friends, family, and the amazing food community of Orange saltbird was born. 

Naturally, things have moved on since 2011, and I have evolved and grown the business and now I am preparing to launch my salts outside our Orange haven........
