A blend of Australian Sea salt and Moroccan style spices.

Dress up a simple steak by rubbing with salt and spice and a little olive oil before BBQing.

Rub into a boned leg of lamb with a generous amount of olive oil the bake or BBQ and serve with a yogurt dressing.

Sprinkle over cauliflower and roast till golden.
